Frequently Asked Questions How long will I need to be counselled?
This will depend on your wishes, what you hope to achieve from counselling and how our work together progresses. The initial number of sessions will be discussed at the assessment and then reviewed periodically.
How long is each session?
Each session will last one hour.
What is the frequency of the sessions?
Initially sessions take place on a weekly basis, however, they may become less frequent as work progresses.
How much are the sessions and will I have to pay for the initial assessment?
I charge £20 for the initial assessment and £40 for subsequent sessions. |
